It's all in vain

A sanitation worker in a blue uniform sweeps fallen leaves on a paved sidewalk, with a black car parked nearby and a strong wind blowing leaves into the air. The scene takes place on a tree-lined street with a blue sign and yellow-and-black bollards, as the worker continues sweeping while the wind scatters leaves across the ground.
