Darker than Black

A close-up of a man's intense eye is followed by a swirling purple energy vortex, then a dark figure falling through a dimly lit space, colliding with a bright explosion of light and energy, landing in a crouched position in a shadowy corridor, and finally lunging forward with a determined expression. The scene takes place in a dark, industrial environment with a focus on a character's intense confrontation and physical movement.
