What the fuck?

A gray and white cat with wide eyes and an open mouth appears to be screaming or laughing, its paws raised, as it is surrounded by a bright, hazy background. The scene then cuts to a group of yellow dogs with red collars running from left to right, before returning to the cat, now standing and looking back at the dogs as they run away.
