A man in a dark uniform stands in a dimly lit parking garage, then runs after a man on a red motorcycle who is attempting to ride away. The motorcyclist, wearing a backpack, accelerates and maneuvers through the garage, while the man in the uniform pursues him on foot, eventually running behind the motorcycle as it speeds away.
