The video cycles between a close-up of the album cover for Disturbed's "The Sickness" and a blurry, green-tinted image of a character resembling Shrek. The main action is the abrupt, looping cut between the two static images. The setting is a digital display, with the album art featuring a distorted face, the band name, and a parental advisory label, while the Shrek image appears in a dark, indistinct environment.
