A man in a dark suit and tie stands behind a wooden podium, speaking into two microphones. He gestures with his right hand, then places his left hand over his heart, before lowering both hands to the podium. The setting is a formal hall with wood-paneled walls and a patterned background. A logo in the upper right corner reads "1 БЕЛАРУСЬ" and text at the bottom left says "ПРЯМАЯ ТРАНСЛЯЦИЯ."
