Monya and the spinner

A person lies on a bed covered with a patterned blanket, wearing a blue plaid shirt and jeans, with their head partially covered by a blue cloth. They repeatedly lift their right foot, which has a small golden object attached to the sole, and move it slightly back and forth. The background features a wall with a dark, ornate floral pattern.
