A woman stretches in bed, then a group of women sit in a locker room, followed by a woman dancing in a circle with others, then a woman lying on her back, then a woman kicking a soccer ball, then a person riding a red skateboard on pavement. The scenes transition between a bedroom, a locker room, a brick-walled area, a dark room, a hallway, and an outdoor path.
