A woman with long blonde hair and a pink bikini top sits in the back of a moving car at night, making a series of exaggerated facial expressions, including puckering her lips into a kiss and a wide 'O' shape, while the car's interior and passing lights are visible. The scene abruptly cuts to a close-up of a toy figure with a wide, painted smile.
