Little siren

A toddler in overalls stands in a modern room, crying and pointing at a glass door, while text at the bottom reads "Alerte à la bombe"; the scene then cuts to a series of black and white historical clips showing a siren on a building, a city street, people in a garden, and individuals running and crouching in a field, all suggesting an air raid warning and evacuation.
