Kesha

A blue and grey budgerigar moves within a black metal cage with yellow and red interior components, climbing and shifting its position on the horizontal bars and perches. The bird's movements are quick and somewhat blurred, showing it climbing up the side of the cage, perching on a horizontal bar, and then moving to the top of the cage.
