Tom and Jerry

Tom the cat, dressed as a cowboy, holds a small Eiffel Tower model, then appears distressed over a pile of green food, followed by a scene where he wears money bags over his eyes while reading a telegram, then sketches a complex contraption on a blueboard, and finally, a saw cuts through a log with a spinning wheel.
