Micsoda?

A man in a dark suit stands at a podium with multiple microphones, speaking and gesturing slightly, while a large screen behind him displays a man in a blue shirt and purple cap; the scene is set indoors with a beige curtain backdrop. The video then cuts to a young man in a blue hooded jacket and black vest standing outdoors on a street, speaking into a microphone held by an off-screen person, with buildings and bare trees in the background.
