Little banana

Two identical anime characters with pink and blue hair, wearing matching frilly dresses, stand facing each other in a room with ornate walls and a framed picture. They begin by looking at each other with neutral expressions, then simultaneously close their eyes and bring their hands together in front of them, clasping them in a gesture of unity or prayer. The scene cuts to a man in bed, who looks surprised and raises his hands, before returning to the two characters, now with their eyes open and looking forward with determined expressions.
