Here it is))

A bronze statue of a nude child urinating into a basin is the central subject, with water continuously flowing from its penis into the basin below. The camera slowly pans right, revealing a blue street sign with white Cyrillic text that reads "улица Комсомольская" on a yellow brick wall, then pans back left to the statue. The scene is set outdoors on a street with a green fence and a building in the background.
