Party hard

A man in a black long-sleeved shirt stands behind a bar, repeatedly raising his right arm above his head while keeping his left arm bent and held near his chest, moving his hands in a rhythmic, dance-like motion. The background features a dimly lit bar with shelves holding glassware and decorative items, including bicycle wheels.
