let's dance

A man sits on a folding chair playing a small red drum on a city sidewalk, while an elderly woman in a striped coat and pink headscarf walks past him on the pavement, using a cane and carrying a green bag. The scene takes place on a sunny day along a sidewalk bordered by a blue corrugated metal wall with graffiti and a line of trees with autumn foliage.
