local tornado

A large column of dust and debris erupts from the ground in a dusty outdoor courtyard, sending green and black chairs and other objects flying into the air and scattering across the red dirt. Several people stand around the perimeter, watching the explosion as the dust cloud rises and slowly begins to settle.
