Who are you?

A green-haired anime character with a mechanical arm is shown in a series of action sequences, including hanging from a window, being struck by a glowing pink orb, and engaging in combat with a large, dark figure in a cityscape at dusk. The character is seen firing a weapon, being hit by an energy blast, and aiming a rifle, while a figure with glowing red eyes appears in a close-up.
