Mesmerizing

A woman in a black sports bra and leggings performs a continuous, fluid dance move in a studio, bending backward from a standing position with her arms raised, then arching her back further while leaning forward with her hands on her hips, before returning to the initial backward bend. The setting is a dance studio with a light-colored floor, purple and orange walls, and a mirror.
