In a large conference room with a long table and numerous national flags, a man in a white thobe and red-and-white headscarf walks along the table, shaking hands with several world leaders, including a man in a dark suit who smiles and gestures as he greets him. The scene shifts to a close-up of the man in the thobe and the man in the dark suit shaking hands and interacting with other leaders as they move along the table.
