Darker than Black

A dark-haired anime character with a serious expression appears in a close-up, followed by a shot of a closed metal gate, then a confrontation with a shadowy figure in a pink-hued, ruined landscape, a close-up of a character's face in shadow, a character with a white mask and purple markings smiling in a forest, and finally a close-up of a character's face with a determined look. The sequence takes place in various settings including an urban environment, a dark alley, a desolate landscape, and a forest.
