ramming a barge

A grey tugboat with the number 110 on its side moves through choppy water, its bow rising and falling with the waves, while a larger white naval vessel is visible in the background. The camera, positioned on a moving boat, captures the scene from a low angle, showing the tugboat's deck and a person in an orange jacket standing on the right side of the frame as the vessels navigate the rough sea.
