pole

A woman in a red top and bright green leggings performs a series of pole dance moves in a studio with green walls and a wooden floor. She begins by gripping the pole and kicking her legs into a split, then executes a full inversion into a horizontal split, transitions into a seated pose, and finishes by lowering herself down the pole.
