A white cartoon cat stands in a dimly lit basement, initially holding a small wrench near a horizontal pipe. The cat turns and walks to a vertical pipe, turning its valve, which causes a massive gush of water to erupt from the pipe and flood the room. The cat then turns back to the horizontal pipe, which also begins to burst, and stands in the middle of the flooding room as water sprays from both pipes.
