the wind whispered

An elderly man with wild white hair and a brown robe points emphatically while sitting at a table, then a large hand descends from above, dropping leaves onto his head and the table. The scene cuts to a man in a fez and suit standing with two children, looking up in alarm as the same large hand looms over them. The final shot shows a man in a white tank top and green cap sitting behind a wooden stall labeled "SEV'RAL CHIMES," playing a small wind instrument.
