Two people perform a forward roll on a mat in a gymnasium, starting in a crouched position, rolling forward, and ending on their backs, while a man in a dark shirt stands nearby and watches. The scene is decorated with cartoon graphics of a flamingo, a star, a smiley face, and a birthday cake.
