Policeman BBPE

A man in a dark jacket runs toward a police officer from a building entrance, then trips and falls onto the pavement. The officer, who was walking away, turns and runs back to the man, then kneels beside him as he lies on the ground. A man in a red hoodie walks into the frame from the left and stops to look at the scene. The setting is a paved outdoor area in front of a building with red and grey walls and banners.
