A man with graying hair speaks at a podium in a legislative chamber, gesturing with his hands while seated among others in a formal assembly setting. The scene cuts to a different man with a beard and a white cap, holding a bouquet of red and white flowers, who then presents them to an older man in a domestic room with a table and chairs.
