Shalva the Great

A man in a suit stands at a wooden podium with a microphone, speaking and gesturing with his right hand. He is positioned in front of a backdrop of blue flags with circular emblems and a light-colored curtain. The scene is a static medium shot of a formal address, with the man's mouth moving and his hand occasionally rising to emphasize points.
