A man in a dark suit and a woman in a grey coat walk together on a red carpet, approaching a group of people and a black car, as a man in a suit opens the car door and another man in a suit walks beside them; the man in the dark suit and the woman in the grey coat then walk forward, smiling, as a photographer takes pictures of them in front of a blue wall with the European Union flag.
