In a first-person shooter game, the player, controlling a sniper, watches as a teammate runs forward and is killed by an enemy; the player then aims down the scope of their sniper rifle while the defeated teammate's body lies on the ground. The scene takes place in a sunlit, Middle Eastern-style urban environment with concrete buildings and narrow alleys.
