Get well soon, Nikolai

A shirtless man with dark hair and a woman with long white hair in a pink bikini are shown in various settings, including a beach and a bedroom. The man reads a magazine, then looks surprised as the woman poses, and they are later seen in a romantic, dreamlike scene with a heart-filled background, followed by a close-up of them in bed.
