People in boats

A large, seated Buddha statue stands in a flooded urban street, surrounded by rushing water and passing cars, as the water level fluctuates around its base. The scene is set on a city street with buildings, palm trees, and traffic, with the camera panning slightly to follow the movement of the water and vehicles.
