Little turtles

A gray anthropomorphic rat in a pink robe stands between two green anthropomorphic turtles, one wearing a party hat, as the rat gestures and speaks to the turtles in a dimly lit room with a brick wall. The scene cuts to a woman in a yellow dress standing behind a table with a birthday cake, surrounded by the turtles and the rat, as she claps her hands. The scene then cuts to a wet street with a manhole cover, where a dark SUV drives past in the rain.
