can't stop watching

A large pink teddy bear in a brown outfit sits on a ledge, while a woman with long teal hair in a red top and white shorts performs a rhythmic dance move on a railing. She steps forward with her right leg, extends her left arm, and then brings her right arm forward in a synchronized motion, repeating the sequence. The scene takes place outdoors on a sunny day, with buildings and greenery in the background.
