What time does it start

A woman in a white dress stands in profile against a city skyline as the word "Plenka" appears, then the scene cuts to a person in a black turtleneck covering their face with their hands, followed by a swirling abstract image of black, white, and pink shapes on a black background, then a single leaf lies still on a white surface, then a silhouette of a man stands over a figure on the ground with red splatters, and finally a line drawing shows a person's head inside a spiral structure.
