A black-haired male character lies in bed between two female characters, one with black hair and one with pink hair, both embracing him; the black-haired girl sleeps peacefully while the pink-haired girl, initially smiling, becomes increasingly annoyed and angry as the scene progresses, culminating in a red anger symbol appearing above her head. The setting is a bed with white pillows and a red, quilted headboard.
