Old-timer

A man with a mustache and sunglasses and a young boy sit on a concrete ledge in a park, both laughing and reacting to something off-camera, with the man making animated hand gestures while the boy covers his mouth and laughs. The scene is set outdoors in a sunny, grassy area with people and tables in the background.
