A tank drives across a grassy field toward a distant town with stone buildings and mountains, its speed displayed on a heads-up display. The scene cuts to a man in a car holding a radio, then to another man pointing, before returning to the tank's movement and a speed reading of 71 km/h, followed by a brief image of two people reacting.
