A group of people in winter clothing run across a snow-covered field, some throwing snowballs, while three individuals in dark uniforms, one holding a large shield marked "POLICE," move in formation across the same field. The scene alternates between the group of civilians and the uniformed individuals, with the camera panning across the snowy landscape bordered by a fence and trees.
