A man in a top hat sits on a bench reading a newspaper while a bearded man in a red coat stands nearby; a green turtle with a red bandana emerges from a manhole and walks forward, prompting the man in the top hat to look up in surprise. The scene takes place in a park with a fence, trees, and a trash can in the background.
