A green mechanical scraper moves along a conveyor belt, pushing a pile of wet, dark manure from between two rows of standing cows in a barn. The manure is then processed in a large industrial mixer, where it is churned into a thick, brown slurry before being poured into a mold and solidified into a block. The block is then transported on a conveyor belt, where it is cut into individual rectangular bars. Two workers in white lab coats and hairnets stand in a factory, one tasting a piece of the chocolate bar while the other holds a tablet and a camera.
