Balalaika

A man with short hair and a goatee lies on a bed, wearing a striped jersey and a purple watch, with his eyes closed and mouth slightly open as if sleeping or resting, while another person lies on a bed in the background. His right hand moves slightly, adjusting its position, while his left hand remains relatively still, and the scene remains static throughout the loop.
