A man lies on his back on a poolside patio while a woman in a black bikini performs chest compressions on him, and another man in a black tank top kneels beside them; the woman then leans down to give the man mouth-to-mouth resuscitation as the second man assists, after which the man suddenly sits up, startling the woman.
