it's time

A woman in a grey knit hat and a dark coat with a fur-trimmed hood speaks while standing outdoors in a snowy environment; her mouth moves as she talks, and the camera remains focused on her face. The scene cuts to a second woman, wearing a light-colored knitted hat, also speaking in a similar outdoor, snowy setting with people walking in the background.
