vodka ! !

A hand presses down on the surface of water in a wine glass, causing the liquid to remain stable, then the scene cuts to the same hand pressing on a shot glass filled with vodka, which also holds its contents steady. The setting appears to be a desk with a computer monitor in the background, showing a video of a road at sunset.
