The power of booze breath

A man in a camouflage shirt and white pants demonstrates a striking technique, extending his arm forward, as multiple men in athletic wear take turns performing acrobatic backflips and forward rolls across a blue and red matted floor in a gym. The sequence shows the instructor observing and reacting to each participant's movement as they execute the flips, with some landing on their backs or sides, while others are seen in mid-air or preparing to jump.
