Mr. Idiot

A line of cars and a motorcyclist are stopped in traffic under a large concrete overpass when a massive plume of white smoke or steam erupts from the structure above, rapidly expanding and filling the frame. The camera remains stationary, capturing the sudden release of the substance from the underside of the elevated roadway.
