A man in a suit and tie looks up with a concerned expression, then throws his head back and laughs maniacally, his mouth wide open and eyes closed. The scene cuts to two men in clerical clothing, one older with glasses and a purple stole, the other younger, both peering around a doorway into a room with striped wallpaper.
